Surgical steel is NOT the best for your baby. Surgical steel has nickel in it! If your baby has a slight rash after vaccinations that are used with surgical steel needles do not pierce her/ him with surgical steel.

24K gold is a soft gold so to harden it some distributors will plate 24k over surgical steel to harden it which will eventually break down over 1 year. (Facts)

14k through and through! Nothing is mixed and will allow safe healing! You can count on 14k gold!
